Description
The Horned Nerite, native to Southeast Asia, is a small snail with a yellowish shell covered in small black spots and prominent horn-like appendages. They inhabit both saltwater and freshwater environments but require brackish water for breeding. They are valued in the aquarium industry for their algae eating habits.
