Description
Triopha catalinae, commonly known as the Catalina Triopha, is a species of sea slug, a nudibranch, a shell-less marine gastropod mollusk. It is found along the Pacific Coast of North America, from British Columbia to Baja California. This species is typically found in rocky areas with strong surf. It is easily distinguished by its bright orange color and the rows of large, bushy papillae on the dorsum.
