Snowy Soft Coral [Carijoa riisei]

Description
This is a species of soft coral in the family Clavulariidae. It has a tubular, branching structure with a white to pale pink color. It's often found in shaded areas such as caves and under overhangs, and is distributed widely in tropical and subtropical waters. The polyps of this species are often extended during the day and retract at night. They feed on planktonic organisms.
