Threadfin Cardinalfish [Zoramia]
Description
Zoramia is a genus characterized by the thread-like extension of the dorsal fin found in some of its species. These small, slender fishes inhabit coral reefs across the Indo-Pacific, often swimming in open water above the reef at night. They feed on plankton and small invertebrates.
