Description

Pagophila is a monotypic genus represented by the Ivory Gull, a small gull with a circumpolar distribution in the Arctic. It is known for its pure white plumage and black legs and eyes. Ivory Gulls are highly adapted to cold environments and feed on fish and marine invertebrates.
