Fangtooth Morays [Enchelycore]

Description

Enchelycore is a genus of moray eels known commonly as Fangtooth Morays, named for their distinctively large, fang-like teeth which are visible even when the mouth is closed. These eels inhabit various marine environments across the Indo-Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, often hiding in crevices and holes within coral reefs. Their diet primarily consists of smaller fish and cephalopods, which they capture using their formidable teeth.
