West Flower Garden Bank
About this Dive Site
Description
Characterized by a broad reef cap that rises from 73 meters and crests at about 20 meters below the surface. The bank is home to over 21 species of coral, including the large brain and star corals. Divers can also observe larger pelagic species and reef fish such as grouper and snapper, as well as the occasional manta ray and whale shark.
