Description

Silfra is a fissure between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates in Thingvallavatn Lake. It is renowned for its crystal-clear water and the unique experience of diving between two continents. The site is composed of three parts: Silfra hall, Silfra cathedral, and Silfra lagoon. The underwater visibility exceeds 100 meters, making it some of the clearest water in the world.
