Description
Lake Assal Crater is a unique dive site located in the center of Lake Assal. The site is known for the stark beauty of its underwater salt formations, which are unlike anything else in the world. The visibility is excellent, often exceeding 30 meters, making it perfect for underwater photography. Marine life is minimal due to the high salinity levels, but the occasional hardy species can be spotted.
