Description
El Bajo del Monstruo is a seamount located south of Malpelo Island. Known for its shark cleaning stations, it's a meeting point for various species of sharks, including the rare smalltooth sand tiger. The site also hosts large schools of jacks and tunas. The seamount rises from great depths, making it suitable for technical diving.
