Description
Assal Rift is a dramatic underwater valley on the eastern edge of Lake Assal. The Rift is a geological wonder, showcasing the raw power of the tectonic activity that formed the lake. The site is a deeper dive, reaching down to 50 meters in some places. Divers should be aware that the Rift's edges can be sharp and jagged due to the salt formations.
