Description
The Poor Knights Islands are a group of islands off the east coast of the Northland Region of the North Island of New Zealand. They are a popular diving site with an abundance of marine life. The islands are a Marine Reserve and Nature Reserve, often rated as one of the top ten dive sites in the world. The islands are home to a large variety of fish species, as well as stingrays, moray eels, and occasional visits by dolphins and whales.
