Description
Lake Atitlán is a unique freshwater dive site located in the highlands of Guatemala. The lake is surrounded by three volcanoes, which makes it a visually stunning location. The site is known for its volcanic activity, which causes unique thermal vents that divers can explore. Due to the altitude of the lake, altitude dive training is recommended. Marine life includes a variety of freshwater fish and plant life.
