The curriculum is designed to cater to a wide range of skill levels, from absolute beginners to seasoned freedivers looking to enhance their performance. Introductory **'Try Freediving'** sessions offer a gentle introduction to the fundamental principles and techniques. For those ready to pursue certification, the **Freediver** and **Advanced Freediver** courses provide the necessary knowledge and skills for safe and confident diving. Performance-oriented individuals can further their abilities with **Performance Freediving courses**, and for those aspiring to teach, **Instructor courses** are also available.
Training takes place in a variety of pools, each offering different depths to suit specific learning objectives. The O-san TSN pool reaches depths of up to 10 meters, ideal for foundational skills. For more advanced training and depth progression, the Young-in Deepstation pool extends to an impressive 34 meters. Shallower pools like Su-won Sportisland (5 meters) and Sung-nam Aqualine (5 meters) are also utilized for specific skill development.
Instruction is delivered by a team of two dedicated instructors. Analis, a native English speaker, ensures clear and fluent communication for English-speaking students. Jin, a native Korean speaker, also offers classes in English. While Jin's English proficiency is described as imperfect, he is committed to providing instruction, and students can expect a slightly slower pace, which can sometimes facilitate a deeper understanding of the material. Advance reservations are essential and can be made via WhatsApp or by replying to messages on their Naver Cafe, ensuring a personalized and organized learning experience.
